Reporting on nuclear safety

In this section, we report on the regulatory oversight of nuclear safety and security carried out by the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) and report on the inspections carried out this year. The website also contains information on international publications on nuclear safety provided by STUK.

STUK submits an annual report to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment on the regulatory oversight of the use of nuclear energy and its results. The latest report can be found here: Regulatory oversight of nuclear safety in Finland. Annual report 2024.
