By train

The Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) office building is located in Vantaa, Jokiniemi, in HSL zone C, about 800 metres from Tikkurila bus and railway station (HSL = Helsinki Regional Transport Authority).

  • The stop station is Tikkurila.
  • From Helsinki city centre:
    • Local trains K, I, P, R and Z leaves from the Helsinki Central Railway station and trains stop at Tikkurila, Vantaa station
    • Travel time from the Helsinki Central Railway station to Tikkurila station takes about 30 minutes.

  • From the Helsinki-Vantaa airport
    • The local train P from the Helsinki-Vantaa airport to Tikkurila station.

By bus

Bus 721N towards Helsinki and bus 736 towards Hakunila and Korso stop near the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) office building.

The nearest bus stop is close by the National Bureau of Investigation (KRP) office building what which is located about 250 metres from the The Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) office buildings’ main entrance.

By car

You can get to the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) office building by car from Helsinki via the roads E75, Tuusulanväylä and E12.

Guest Parking

When arriving at STUK as a guest with your own car, please ensure that your host has registered your car's license plate number with the parking control. You are responsible for making sure the registration number has been properly recorded. You can also register the license plate number on the tablet located in the entrance lobby upon arrival, which will grant you three hours of parking time.

There are ten parking spots reserved for guests, as well as one designated spot for people with disabilities. The parking spots are located on the main facade side of the building, on Jokiniemenkatu.
