STUK Regulations

The Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority's regulations are issued under the Radiation Act (859/2018) and the Nuclear Energy Act (990/1987).

The regulations of the Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority specify the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts. The regulations are legally binding.

The documents in English are translations of the legally binding regulations in Finnish and Swedish.
