Purpose of processing personal data
STUK’s website makes use of online forms that enable visitors to the website to contact STUK. The website includes forms for feedback and questions. Furthermore, visitors may send page-specific feedback on each content page via the page. Visitors to the website can also send email messages to the addresses [email protected].
Visitors can use the form to submit their email address or other contact information in order to enable contact requests desired by the sender and to respond to feedback/enquiries. However, a message can also be sent without the sender giving their contact information.
The information provided in the online forms and the emails sent to the Registry are stored in the ticketing system (Efecte) of STUK's Registry.
Legal basis of processing
The processing of the personal data of the person submitting feedback is based on their consent.
Groups of data subjects
Persons who send messages via feedback or online forms on the stuk.fi website or via stuk(at)stuk.fi or other email addresses provided on the website.
Personal data processed
The online web form will request the submitter of feedback to give their email address if they want to receive a response from STUK. All the information that the sender of feedback or responder of an enquiry has given of themselves, such as a name, is stored in the ticketing system of the Registry.

Questions and answers can be published in the Frequently Asked Questions section of the STUK website. The questions and answers are published in generalized form from which the sender cannot be identified.
