Workplace radon concentrations in Finland
Indoor radon levels may vary greatly even within one postal code area. In addition, the way the house is built affects the radon concentration.
Search the regional workplace radon measurement data
The search results include the postal code areas or municipalities (names in Finnish only) where at least five workplace measurements have been conducted. The results include the results of the radon track-etch detector measurements (Jan 2014 - Feb 2022) in underground workplaces and regular above-ground workplaces.
The radon concentration at workplaces must not exceed the reference level of 300 Bq/m3 during regular work (Decree of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health on ionising radiation, Section 19).
