Abnormal events related to radiation
The Radiation and Nuclear Safety Authority (STUK) has plans for a radiation hazard situation, and the measures necessary in the event of an emergency are regularly practised. STUK's expert on call receives all radiation and nuclear safety-related notifications and alarms. STUK publishes in its reports and press releases information about abnormal events and observations, as well as the results of radiation and nuclear safety monitoring.
